So, this January rather than making a New Year’s resolution to lose weight, eat healthier, or get more exercise, why not resolve to be excellent each day. We truly live our lives one day at a time so…

…just for today eat right, just for today get some gentle exercise, just for today take time to relax, just for today exercise your sense of humor, just for today wear your seatbelt. Just for today nurture yourself and give as much to yourself as you would to those whom you care about deeply.
